Put Your AI Assistant to Work Inside Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
Most of your team already lives in Microsoft 365. The right MCP server lets your AI assistant draft email, summarize Teams threads, find the right SharePoint document, and book meetings on the calendar, all without exposing the rest of the tenant. We build it, we secure it, and we run it.
Your Tenant, Your Rules, Your AI Doing Real Work.
Microsoft 365 is the system of record for email, files, schedules, and conversations at most businesses we work with. For M365, the MCP landscape now includes Microsoft's own first-party servers and Copilot connectors, a growing roster of community servers, and the option to build a custom server for workflows the others do not cover. We help you decide which fits each connection, then we deploy and run it. Whichever path we choose, the AI authenticates as the signed-in user, sees only what that user is permitted to see, and acts within the boundaries you set, using Microsoft Graph and your existing Entra ID and Purview controls.
For M365, the Native Path Is Often the Right Start. Not Always.
Microsoft is ahead of most vendors on native MCP. For straightforward read and write against a single tenant under standard Entra ID, the native server or a Copilot connector is frequently the cleanest answer. Where it falls short, a vetted public server or a custom build may be the right call. We sort the trade-off per integration and tell you what fits.
- Native first, when it fits. Microsoft's first-party MCP and Copilot connectors are often the right start. We configure scopes correctly, point them at the right identities, and monitor them.
- Public, but vetted. When a community server covers a workflow the native option does not, we review the code, pin the version, sandbox it inside your tenant, and treat it as part of the supported stack.
- Custom, when justified. Multi-tenant boundaries, hybrid identity, on-prem Exchange, or workflows that cross M365 and an outside system. We build inside your Azure subscription with the scopes, redaction, and audit your compliance team requires.
- Same operating model across all three. Identity-aware access, audit-grade logging, sensitivity-label awareness. The kind of MCP server changes; the governance posture does not.
Where the Hours Come Back
Email That Drafts Itself, in Your Voice
The assistant reads a thread, understands the context, and drafts a reply that sounds like the person sending it. Routine replies go out faster. Tough replies start from a strong first draft instead of a blank cursor.
A Calendar That Books Itself
"Find a 30-minute slot next week with the audit team and the CFO, and send the invite with the agenda from yesterday's email." Done.
SharePoint Search That Finds the Document
Not just keyword matches. The assistant understands what you are looking for, where it should be, and which version is current. Cross-site search included.
Teams Threads, Summarized
Catch up on a noisy channel in thirty seconds. Get the action items, the open questions, and who is waiting on what.
Mailbox Triage
Run through an inbox at the start of the day. Surface the items that need a reply, file the ones that need filing, and queue the ones a coworker should see.
OneDrive Retrieval With Permission Boundaries
The AI finds the right file from a user's personal OneDrive without ever crossing the boundary into a colleague's files.
What We Build For
A typical Microsoft 365 MCP build covers the core productivity surface plus the integrations clients use most:
- Outlook: mail, contacts, search, drafting, sending, rules
- Teams: channels, chats, threads, search, summaries
- SharePoint: sites, libraries, documents, metadata, search
- OneDrive: personal storage, file retrieval, link sharing
- Calendar: scheduling, availability, conflict resolution, invites
- OneNote: notebook search and entry creation
- To Do and Planner: task creation and follow-up
- Purview labels and DLP: sensitivity-aware handling, policy enforcement
How We Work With You
- 01
Step 1 — Discovery
We map your tenant: which apps your team actually uses, where the sensitive data lives, what Conditional Access and Purview labels are already in place, and which workflows lose the most time today.
- 02
Step 2 — Design
We define the action allowlist for the MCP server, the authentication model, the audit destination, and which actions need human approval. You sign off on the boundaries before any code is written.
- 03
Step 3 — Build
We deploy the server inside your Azure tenant, register the Entra ID app with the minimum scopes needed, and wire it into the AI tools your team uses. We test against pilot users before broader rollout.
- 04
Step 4 — Manage
We monitor, apply updates as the protocol and Graph API evolve, tune the scopes as your workflows change, and respond when something needs attention. You get the same managed-services relationship UOTech.co clients have had for a decade.
Built for Regulated Industries.
For clients in healthcare, legal, finance, and other regulated spaces, the Microsoft 365 MCP server ships with the controls your compliance team will ask about: identity-aware access, sensitivity-label routing, redaction for protected fields, full audit export to your SIEM, and documented data handling that maps to HIPAA, SOC 2, and the New York SHIELD Act. We will sit with your compliance officer and walk them through it.
Built for Teams of 5 to 500.
This is built for businesses already on Microsoft 365 who want their AI tools to do more than chat. If you see your situation here, we should talk:
- Your team is using Copilot or Claude or ChatGPT but it cannot reach the documents and email it would need to be genuinely useful.
- You want to give the AI Outlook access, but not to every mailbox in the tenant.
- You need the audit trail your compliance officer asks for.
- You have a custom workflow that crosses M365 and an outside system, and you want one team to build the whole bridge.
Tell Us What Your Team Wishes
Their AI Could Do Inside M365.
We will tell you which parts of the tenant are worth connecting first, what the security boundaries should look like, and what it will cost to build and run.
- No sales script. A real conversation with someone who has been inside businesses like yours.
- A 30 minute call, an honest read on where AI fits and where it does not.
- Straight pricing. No surprise invoices.
